Refund policy

Your 14-day cancellation right

You normally have a right to cancel your digital purchase, without giving a reason, until the end of 14 days after the day the contract is made.

Downloading or accessing a file does not, by itself, waive your statutory cancellation right. That right can end early only if you have expressly consented to supply beginning during the cancellation period, acknowledged that the right will be lost once supply begins, and received the required confirmation. If those requirements have not been met, your cancellation right remains available as required by law. Missing cancellation information can extend the cancellation period.

Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly described digital content remain unaffected, including after access has been provided.

How to cancel

Our customer contact channel is email only. Email Mathsmrk1@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel and enough information to identify your purchase. An order number is helpful but is not a condition of cancellation. You do not need to explain why you are cancelling or use the optional template below.

Send your cancellation before the cancellation period ends. These instructions do not make another legally valid clear cancellation notice ineffective.

For a valid cancellation, we reimburse your payment without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and charge no refund fee.

Faulty or incorrectly described content

Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose made known to and accepted by us, and as described, as required by law.

If a file is faulty, materially incorrect or does not match its description, email Mathsmrk1@gmail.com with the purchase details and problem. Where you have a right to repair or replacement, we will correct or replace the content at no extra cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. We take account of the exam date and the purpose of your purchase.

If repair or replacement is impossible, or we fail to provide it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may have a right to an appropriate price reduction, which can be a full refund. A refund due under these digital-content rights is made without undue delay and within 14 days of our agreeing that you are entitled to it, through the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a fee. This does not exclude any other remedy available by law.

Email us about missing access, incorrect files or duplicate charges so we can investigate.

Predictions and results

These are independently produced predicted practice papers, NOT the real exam papers. We do not guarantee that any question, topic, mark allocation or style will appear in the real exam, or any grade, mark, result or pass. References to past analysis or past results describe that historical analysis or those individual results only; they are not typical-outcome claims or guarantees. Use the resources alongside the full specification and other revision resources. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson Edexcel.

A failed prediction does not by itself make a correctly described paper faulty. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content, misleading advertising and other statutory remedies remain unaffected.
